We are a young dynamic and growing reality, we love so much our job because it consists inhelping people to realise their dreams of flying and we do it thanks to our hot air balloons!
We are in Carrù, in province of Cuneo, and we fly in the Monreale and over the Langhe.
Which aspects distinguish us:
The balloon can fly only if the weather conditions are favorable, so there will be some days they will remain on the ground.
This gives the possibility to all our collaborators of organise their lives and eventual other works theirselves, deciding when become available for this activity.
It doesn't matter if you aren't expert of hot air balloons, we will teach you all by doing. You will do experience day by day supported by experienced colleagues that will teach you the tricks of the trade.
The kind of job in contact with the nature and, in some way extraordinary, helps building relationships among the members of the team. Team work connects people creating an atmosphere of serene collaboration. We let us not miss moments of sharing, where, besides being together to party, we speak of eventual encountered problems and we try to find a solution together.
We strongly believe in the idea that to grow a company, first of all the people who are part of it have to grow. The victory of every single person is the victory of all the team.
