You always dreamed of being able to put wings on your team, but not everyone appreciates the taste of energy drinks?

Don't settle for metaphors: let them take off in a balloon!

We can plan the whole flight together and enjoy the landing as after a victory: it will be an unforgettable collective emotion!

In collaboration with Maatmox ( a company with a big experience in formation) we have created a winning format to facilitate the aggregation, the growth, the motivation and the sense of appartenance of human resources in the company, with the method of experiential facilitation.

In which way?

Assisted by an experiential facilitator and through the use of Kolb's cycle, the participants live an experience.
reflect, conceptualise, and apply them in practice
(experimentation) in the daily work and personal activity.
The concept is based on the logic that any experience request necessarily an emotive engagement which allows to accelerate personal learning.
During the experience unknowingly "the way of being" of the individual is released with the guarantee of high learning and motivation.
This methodology allows the real engagement of its own dipendents/ sellers/ collaborators.

How the experience is held ?
THE PARTCIPANTS WILL BE THE REAL MAIN CHARACTERS
They will be involved in a briefing the evening before (or the same morning, depending on the season ), at our hangar.
During which it will be illustred the operation of the balloon , they will learn the phases of preparation for the commissioning of the balloon, we will study together weather conditions for the next morning.
On the take-off field the group will be involved in preparation and the observation of atmospheric phenomena, they will be asked to guess the place arrival (based on the wind) thanks to a map.
Get ready, let's go!
At the end of the flight everyone will be engaged in the phase of deflating and, after the check of the actual arrival position compared to the estimated one, we will celebrate with refreshment with local products.
WHEN?
During winter months we can hypothesize the course of the flight also in the afternoon, so the activity can be made during a single day.
From the month of March to September the flights take place early in the morning, therefore we strongly recommend you to stay overnight on-site to be able to start the briefing phase with the right timing.

We fly all year round. Flights in the Mondovì area take place exclusively in the morning shortly after sunrise, those from Barolo both at dawn and towards sunset except for the summer months (from mid-May to mid-September) when flights only take place in the morning to away from the heat.

You will have the opportunity to fly on the day you want most, obviously taking into account the weather conditions. It goes without saying that summer is the time to fly earlier in the morning, later in winter!

Flying in a hot air balloon does not involve any particular risks or contraindications. However, it is essential to enjoy a good state of health.

Children are allowed on board group flights from 7 years and up. In the case of an Exclusive flight we can evaluate the participation of younger children (minimum 5 years) after telephone discussion with the booking office

Given the restrictions on the lifting capabilities of the balloons, i passengers over 100kg will be subject of a surcharge

The pilot has the right to decide if the participant is fit to fly.

For those not recommended:

Flying is not recommended for those suffering from cardiovascular or respiratory problems.

Any type of disability must be communicated at the time of booking, it is important that the pilot is aware of this in order to guarantee maximum safety!

Who can't fly (and why):

For safety reasons it is not possible to fly if you are pregnant, under the influence of alcohol or drugs or if you are unable to maintain "support position" during the landing phases, which consists of flexing your knees and holding on to the appropriate handles inside the basket.

Anyone who has carried out scuba diving in the previous 48 hours cannot fly for security reasons.
