We are here to realize the dream of flying in a hot air balloon of people forced into a wheelchair. Thanks to a contribute of some entrepreneurs of Piedmont, this year we managed to buy a special chest certified for the transport of people on wheelchair. This chest is fantastic and we are super proud: there are only few of this in Italy, probably only three, one in the north, one in the centre and one in the south.
We are talking about a very particular tool: for its characteristics, it allows us to transport only one person at a time on a wheelchair and one/two companions at most. Compared to the range of "normal" baskets, that go from 6 to 20 people on average, they unfortunately make it too expensive.
A part of the dream has been realised... obtain this chest. But the ticket it turns out to be too expensive, only very few can afford it. Being able to bring less people , we are not able to optimize the depreciation of costs.
So we ask for help to you to ensure that people forced into a wheelchair that want to try a new experience of sailing light carried by the wind can, in this particular occasion, feel LIKE EVERYONE ELSE.
We want that the cost of the ticket, also for them, is that of a group standard flight. As on big hot air balloons of which we talked about before.
We, as a company, we will pay the dipendents but we will renounce the expected profit margin; you, instead, with the fundraising, you will integrate the missing part of our recessed, that we usually get from having a higher number of people on board.
This obviously will translate in an equal ticket price, that will allow to try this magic experience to people forced in a wheelchair!!
