We leave near Mondovì area, in a frame which mixes the strenght of mountains and sweetness of the pastures. The air is fresh, the relaxing view and all seems ready for an unforgettable adventure. Here the keyword is: get carried away

We leave at sunrise when everything is still silent, or at sunset ( from september to may), among warm colors which envelop the landscapes. There is no specific route: is the air which chooses the direction, and every flight a different story

During the approximately 60 minutes in flightyou can admire "Calanchi" from above the hills Langhethe course of Tanaro river, and- during clear days- the majesty of Alps.  A large, clean view and all to savour in silence, accompanied by the sweet breath of the burner. 

On the ground a toast awaits you , with typical products : cold cuts, cheeses, and local wines to conclude the experience in the most convivial way, between chatters and smiles.

And there is a detail that makes the gift even more special: fly in a balloon is a green choice. The impact on the environment is minimal and for every flight we plant a tree, to give back to nature a piece of what she has given to us. A concrete gesture, which makes the experience not only unforgettable, but also sustainable.

The activity is suitable to all people from 7 years old ( minimal height of 130cm). For technical reasons, there is a small surcharge for people over 100kg. It can't be possible to fly during pregnancy and after a bit too "cheerful" evening: safety comes first.

If the weather throws a tantrum, No problem: the flight is postponed free of charge. The departure is confirmed with at least 5 participants and you will receive all useful indications the day before, including the meeting point with free parking.

On board there will be ENAC certified pilots: experts, reliable and ready to make you live a memorable experience.

What to bring? Comfortable clothes, sneakers or trekking shoes, a cap, a camera...and desire for lightness.

Frequently asked questions

We fly all year round. Flights in the Mondovì area take place exclusively in the morning shortly after sunrise, those from Barolo both at dawn and towards sunset except for the summer months (from mid-May to mid-September) when flights only take place in the morning to away from the heat.

You will have the opportunity to fly on the day you want most, obviously taking into account the weather conditions. It goes without saying that summer is the time to fly earlier in the morning, later in winter!

theprecise time will be communicated to you at the time of booking based on the chosen date.

Flying in a hot air balloon does not involve any particular risks or contraindications. However, it is essential to enjoy a good state of health.

Children are allowed on board group flights from 7 years and up. In the case of an Exclusive flight we can evaluate the participation of younger children (minimum 5 years) after telephone discussion with the booking office

Given the restrictions on the lifting capabilities of the balloons, i passengers over 100kg they will be subject to a surcharge of €50 per person

The pilot has the right to decide if the participant is fit to fly.

For those not recommended:

Flying is not recommended for those suffering from cardiovascular or respiratory problems.

Any type of disability must be communicated at the time of booking, it is important that the pilot is aware of this in order to guarantee maximum safety!

Who can't fly (and why):

For safety reasons it is not possible to fly if you are pregnant, under the influence of alcohol or drugs or if you are unable to maintain "support position" during the landing phases, which consists of flexing your knees and holding on to the appropriate handles inside the basket.

Anyone who has carried out scuba diving in the previous 48 hours cannot fly for security reasons.
